Your Mission 🎯
Information Risk Management
- Lead company-wide security risk assessments aligned with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
- Recommend and oversee cost-effective security controls and mitigation strategies.
- Approve and track risk mitigation plans across business units.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the security posture of networks, systems, and assets.
Information Asset Management
- Govern the identification, classification, and inventory of information assets.
- Ensure data protection measures align with policies and industry best practices.
Policy, Compliance & Awareness
- Maintain and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Drive company-wide security awareness and training programs.
- Support readiness for business continuity and disaster recovery.
Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
- Track and report security performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Provide executive briefings on emerging risks and compliance status.
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and third-party requirements.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… 🔍
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accountancy, Information Management, or related field.
- Have 3+ years of experience in information security or risk management.
- Are familiar with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or COBIT.
- Have knowledge of network security, vulnerability management, and business continuity.
- Excel at risk assessments, audits, and stakeholder engagement.
- Can communicate complex risks in a way non-technical teams understand.
