As a Cashier, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding the company’s finances. You’ll be responsible for handling daily cash collections, ensuring accuracy in all transactions, and maintaining secure and transparent financial records. Your attention to detail and integrity will help keep operations smooth and compliant.
Your Mission 🎯
Cash Handling & Recording
- Receive all cash collections and verify completeness against the Courier Manifest Report (CMR), Transmittal, and Fareye System.
- Prepare daily cash counts, remittance/collection reports, and deposit slips.
- File validated deposit slips along with daily cash collection summaries for audit and reference.
Reporting & Documentation
- Submit summaries of collections with supporting documents on time.
- Maintain proper documentation for all collections, deposits, and liquidations.
Fund Management & Compliance
- Ensure proper usage of funds and timely replenishment/liquidations.
- Safeguard cash and act as the designated custodian of collected funds.
- Uphold accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company financial protocols.
What You’ll Bring 🔍
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in cashiering, cash management, or similar roles.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic financial systems is an advantage.
