You’ll be the driving force behind turning non-performing assets into maximum value while ensuring compliance and efficiency. By managing the end-to-end disposal process — from accreditation to bid management, waste handling, and reporting — you’ll safeguard the company’s interests, optimize returns, and uphold regulatory and operational standards.
What you’ll do (your mission) 🎯
Bidders & Service Providers Accreditation
- Select and evaluate qualified bidders and service providers per item category.
- Review and process accreditation documents, including renewals.
- Conduct site inspections to validate bidder capabilities.
- Maintain and update bidder records in the system.
Certificate for Disposal (CFD) Management
- Validate completeness and accuracy of CFD documentation.
- Inspect and approve/reject items scheduled for disposal.
- Oversee item preparation, grounding, and submission through the online CFD system.
Bid Management
- Invite accredited bidders and facilitate inspection sessions.
- Monitor, open, and update bids across systems.
- Prepare bid summaries, secure approvals, and negotiate higher offers to maximize returns.
Waste Disposal Coordination
- Source and accredit hazardous and non-hazardous waste collectors.
- Conduct facility inspections and request RFQ approvals.
- Oversee PR and PO processes and ensure proper item pull-outs.
- Document waste destruction with official certification.
Payment & Asset Withdrawal
- Support bidders in processing payments and ensure Finance books ORs online.
- Issue Authority to Withdraw and oversee secure item release.
Asset & Records Management
- Verify asset retirement in the Online FATA system.
- Organize and maintain disposal documents for traceability.
- Conduct market research to assess asset value.
- Support tagging and inventory activities during physical counts.
Internal Coordination & System Training
- Collaborate with CFD endorsers to resolve issues and enhance service levels.
- Train stakeholders on the online disposal module for efficient use.
Compliance & Reporting
- Uphold corporate values and compliance requirements in all activities.
- Prepare and submit regular asset disposal reports to the Asset Disposal Manager.
You’ll thrive in this role if you… 🔍
- Hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- Bring 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or shipping.
- Have working knowledge of Oracle systems (advantage).
- Are skilled in I.E. tools such as project management, process improvement, and root cause analysis.
- Possess knowledge of inventory and warehouse management (a plus).
