Your Mission 🎯
- Operational Performance – Lead and monitor daily service delivery KPIs to ensure operational excellence and SLA compliance.
- Efficiency & Profitability – Execute operational initiatives designed to improve cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Team Supervision – Oversee and coordinate all gateway activities, including Luzon line haul and nationwide airline transfer operations.
- Compliance & Quality – Ensure all processes adhere to company standards, regulatory requirements, and client commitments.
- Continuous Improvement – Identify gaps, propose solutions, and support initiatives that enhance operational performance.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… 🔍
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in gateway, logistics, or operations.
- Have strong leadership and supervisory skills, with proven ability to manage day-to-day operations.
- Are detail-oriented, analytical, and focused on driving both efficiency and service quality.
- Possess excellent communication and coordination skills to work with teams and stakeholders across the network.
