What you’ll do (your mission) 🎯
End-to-End Procurement Management
- Oversee the procurement lifecycle — sourcing, ordering, delivery, and payment.
- Handle supplier accreditation, pre-bid evaluations, and compliance.
Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Partner with teams to forecast demand and avoid shortages.
- Resolve vendor and supply chain issues promptly.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual procurement dashboards.
- Analyze data to drive cost-effective decisions.
- Manage contracts and support process improvements.
You’ll thrive in this role if you… 🔍
- Hold a degree in Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- Bring 3+ years’ procurement experience in logistics, transportation, or shipping.
- Know ERP/P2P systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Zycus).
- Excel at negotiation, data analysis, and vendor management.
- Are detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
