- Re-engineer routes based on volumes, traffic, and cut-offs.
Operational Optimization
- Run workflow reviews to boost efficiency.
- Fix unproductive routes to save time and costs.
- Sync schedules with facility and service cut-offs.
Resource & Capacity Planning
- Match vehicle types and capacities to demand.
- Forecast network needs for reliability and cost control.
Performance & Improvement
- Create governance processes for route planning.
- Use data and storytelling to guide leadership decisions.
- Promote continuous improvement across the network.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… 🔍
- Hold a degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, CS, or related field.
- Have 3+ years in forecasting, planning, or network optimization (logistics a plus).
- Excel in analytics, forecasting, and operations planning.
- Turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Work well with cross-functional teams to drive change.
