Your Mission 🎯
Fleet Vendor Training & Development
- Build and update training materials based on fleet SOPs.
- Conduct training and certify fleet partners.
- Evaluate effectiveness and improve content.
Vendor Compliance & Auditing
- Monitor and audit vendor compliance with standards.
- Address training gaps from SLA reviews.
- Keep manuals current with operational/regulatory updates.
Performance & Cost Optimization
- Work with Procurement on vendor tenders and pricing.
- Benchmark industry practices to boost performance and reduce cost.
- Lead initiatives to minimize vendor-related issues.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Be the go-to contact for vendor training and fleet queries.
- Coordinate across procurement, vendor management, and operations.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… 🔍
- Hold a degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Have 3+ years in vendor management for fleet/logistics.
- Are strong in negotiation, vendor management, and performance tracking.
- Know DOTr and LTFRB regulations (a plus).
- Excel in analytics, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
