You’ll ensure accurate and timely handling of logistics documents and Proof of Delivery (PODs). By monitoring compliance, resolving escalations, and coordinating with teams, you’ll help guarantee seamless documentation flow that supports customer satisfaction and operational success.
Your Mission 🎯
- Validate and monitor Proof of Delivery (PODs) for completeness and compliance.
- Perform accurate, timely system tagging and encoding.
- Coordinate and resolve escalated POD issues with internal and external clients.
- Maintain and update POD master files with delivery and status data.
- Escalate concerns to sales and principals as necessary, ensuring timely closure.
- Support reporting requirements and compliance documentation.

- Hold a college degree (Business or Supply Chain preferred).
- Bring at least 2 years of logistics experience.
- Have knowledge of warehouse and inventory systems (SAP, WMS).
- Possess strong attention to detail, accuracy, and coordination skills.
