You’ll safeguard inventory accuracy by reconciling stock variances, processing adjustments, and reporting insights. With your analytical eye, you’ll ensure all stock movements are tracked and that stakeholders have timely, reliable inventory data to make informed decisions.

Your Mission 🎯

  • Conduct scheduled cycle counts with inventory teams.
  • Validate and reconcile system vs. physical stock variances.
  • Prepare and submit Inventory Records Accuracy (IRA) reports.
  • Process stock adjustments in the system accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with principals on stock reconciliations and adjustments.
  • Assist in wall-to-wall physical inventory counts.
  • Generate Stock-On-Hand and Aging Reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure damaged stocks are documented, tagged, and monitored for proper disposition.

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related course.
  • Bring at least 1 year of warehousing/inventory experience.
  • Have knowledge of WMS, SAP, and inventory control systems.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
