You’ll be responsible for accurate, timely processing of system transactions — from order picking and confirmation to stock updates and delivery scheduling. By coordinating with warehouse, transport, and customer service, you’ll ensure seamless operations and inventory reliability.
Your Mission 🎯
- Extract delivery schedules from SAP and upload into INFOR.
- Process orders for picking and invoicing within the day.
- Direct warehouse teams on priority orders and special instructions.
- Monitor picking, replenishment, and expiry date checks before confirmation.
- Coordinate with inventory management teams on stock updates or discrepancies.
You’ll thrive in this role if you… 🔍
- Hold a college degree (Business or Supply Chain preferred).
- Bring at least 1 year of related experience.
- Understand Good Warehouse Practices, warehouse operations, and system usage.
- Possess strong communication, records management, and problem-solving skills.
