Your Mission 🎯
Transaction Processing & Service Delivery
- Accurately execute transactions such as ticket booking, document acceptance, and cargo processing.
- Deliver excellent customer service and actively promote products and services.
Outlet Operations & Compliance
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, displays, and proper filing of reports.
- Safekeep and secure all packages, funds, and documentation.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Conduct frontline selling and marketing activities to support retail growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers by addressing needs and inquiries promptly.
Administrative Support
- Prepare, file, and submit required reports on time.
- Assist in business development activities and outlet execution.

- Hold a college degree, preferably in Administration, Marketing, or Management.
- Bring 3–4 years of frontline retail or customer service experience.
- Possess excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
