Affected passengers have been informed via SMS with the mobile number provided at the time of bookings. 2GO would like to remind its partner agents and passengers to provide the correct mobile number upon booking for on-time travel advisories.
For passenger/s affected by these voyages, they may opt to refund or rebook their tickets up to 30 days from the original date of departure without surcharge. After 30 days, tickets can no longer be refunded or revalidated. Refund and revalidation or rebooking may be accepted at the outlet where the ticket was bought or at any 2GO Corporate Ticketing Outlet upon presentation of the unused ticket/s and valid identification.
