Project HR Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

  • The HR Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing the organization’s payroll processes to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. This role involves handling salary calculations, tax deductions, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate payroll records. The HR Payroll Specialist also collaborates with the HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related issues and provide excellent employee service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing or HR functions, typically 2–4 years.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP).
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
