Business Operations Specialist

Job Description:

The Data & Process Specialist is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights through deep-dive analytics with insighting, dashboard development, and structured management reporting. This role also supports business efficiency through process mapping, policy development, end-to-end process building, and driving system enhancement initiatives aligned with operational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data Analytics & Insights
    Analyze  business data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, Translate findings into concise business insights and recommendations and build ad hoc and recurring reports to support decision-making
  • Dashboard Creation
    Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI/QuickSight and automate and streamline reporting processes for Operations KPIs
  • Process Improvement
    Document and map existing processes; identify gaps or inefficiencies and recommend and document policies and procedures to improve accuracy, turnaround time, and compliance
  • System Enhancements
    Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to propose, test, and implement system improvements and define business requirements for new tools, features, or integrations supporting operational needs
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    Partner with operations teams for data analytics and insights, and partner with internal stakeholder for process and policy build

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in data analysis and process design 
  • Must be amenable to start ASAP
