Senior Citizen discounts can be availed online and at any 2GO Ticketing Office. For PWD and Student discounts, these can only be availed at any 2GO Ticketing Office.

What items are allowed in the free 50 kg baggage allowance?
We currently have a free baggage allowance of 50kgs per full paying passenger, with dimensions of no more than 20 inches height and 30 inches in width per piece. These refer to hand-carried and/or personal items only. The Hand Baggage must fit into the passenger’s accommodation area and should not, in any way, obstruct passageways.
