Your Mission 🎯
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor moves to spot opportunities.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals aligned with client needs.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and provide timely activity reports.
- Negotiate and close deals that deliver win-win outcomes.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients throughout the sales journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, transport, marketing, product development) for seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, including 4 daily or 20 weekly client visits.
You’ll thrive in this role if you… 🔍
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (postgraduate studies a plus).
- Bring 2–3 years of sales or contract logistics experience.
- Have logistics or forwarding industry exposure (preferred).
- Possess a valid driver’s license (own vehicle an advantage).
- Are persuasive, results-driven, and open to frequent travel.
