Account Executive

Job Summary

  • The Account Executive is responsible for new accounts acquisition within an assigned territory / industry, in-line with the
  • strategic direction of 2GO Logistics.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • 1. Prospecting: Actively seek out and identify potential clients or customers who fit the target market for the product or service.
  • 2. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and other outreach strategies.
  • 3. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for sales.
  • 4. Client Acquisition: Actively generates and close deals and secure new clients by effectively presenting the value proposition of the product or service.
  • 5. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the offering, addressing potential clients’ needs and concerns offering tailored solutions.
  • 6. Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and other report requirements.
  • 7. Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • 8. Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure a favorable outcome for both the client and the company.
  • 9. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, building rapport and trust throughout the sales process.
  • 10. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with WH and Transport Team, marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience including implementation of accounts for go-live, ensure service quality, issue resolution, etc.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course or with significant experience in a related field
  • Preferably Post-graduate
  • A MUST: with experience in sales and/or CONTRACT Logistics (Warehouse, Crossdock) related job
