Your Mission 🎯
Customer & Onsite Operations
- Manage onsite operations for assigned accounts.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Monitor transactions from booking to POD return.
- Address customer requests promptly.
Relationship Building & Alignment
- Conduct client calls and visits to grow relationships.
- Align customer OTD processes with vessel schedules.
- Present weekly KPI reports to clients and management.
Process Improvement & Coordination
- Standardize SOPs with customers.
- Conduct GEMBA walks to reduce claims.
- Coordinate with branches for cargo pull-outs and deliveries.
- Evaluate trucker and personnel performance.
Collaboration & Escalation
- Hold team huddles to align direction.
- Manage daily coordination across teams.
- Escalate issues promptly within SLA.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… 🔍
- Hold a degree in any field.
- Have 1+ year of logistics-related experience.
- Possess a driver’s license (own vehicle a plus).
- Are customer-focused and detail-oriented.
- Communicate effectively and travel as needed.
