Account Executive (Fukien)

Job Summary

  • This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Executive located in Iloilo, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify sales opportunities, and meet sales targets. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages day to day sales activities with their respective accounts
  • Performs selling activities directly to the account
  • Must have an adequate awareness of the market and competition’s activities
  • Conduct business – building activities (e.g. business review; business planning)
  • Identifies and acquires new business opportunities
  • Build meaningful relations with existing clients and potential clients
  • Conducts occasional pier tours with accounts involved
  • Prepares weekly sales reports and monthly itinerary and monthly performance reports
  • Responsible for individual budget setting

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project sales or a similar sales role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or any related field
  • Experience in the logistics and forwarding industry is a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Must have an in-depth knowledge of the product they are selling
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Fluent Speaking Fukien
