You’ll be the trusted partner for clients under 2GO Express, driving sales volume and revenue while building long-term relationships. By managing accounts with excellence, identifying opportunities, and ensuring operational alignment, you’ll help clients succeed — and in turn, fuel our growth in the logistics space.
Your Mission 🎯
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong business relationships, addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Business Development – Identify, acquire, and grow new business opportunities through market scans, industry research, and proactive engagement.
- Sales Execution – Manage day-to-day sales activities, from pitching and proposal development to contract preparation and closing deals.
- Operational Alignment – Partner with Operations, IT, Billing, and other business units to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Account Growth – Conduct business reviews, develop account plans, and drive repeat or expanded business opportunities.
- Performance Tracking – Prepare weekly sales reports, monthly itineraries, and performance summaries to track progress and identify growth opportunities.
- Market Insight – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to uncover potential leads.
- Collaboration – Support Project Managers with account progress reporting and contribute to commercial and management team meetings.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… 🔍
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management.
- Have 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or logistics.
- Bring proven experience selling logistics services (a strong advantage).
- Possess strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Are results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts.
