As an Account Manager for Freight Forwarding (FWD), you’ll ensure sales and revenue targets are met while building strong, lasting client partnerships. By managing pharmaceutical accounts and other key clients, you’ll balance growth opportunities with operational excellence, delivering top-tier service while expanding our market presence.

Your Mission 🎯

  • Client Relationship Management – Ensure customer accounts are handled efficiently, with issues resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Account Growth – Develop existing accounts while identifying and securing new opportunities, especially in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Sales Execution – Generate leads, conduct research on prospects, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts that close deals.
  • Operational Engagement – Work closely with Operations, IT, Billing, and other departments to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery.
  • Reporting & Insights – Prepare weekly sales reports, market scans, and updates on potential opportunities such as mergers or new projects.
  • Business Reviews – Attend client meetings, business reviews, and monthly commercial meetings to align strategies.
  • Commercial Leadership – Lead the preparation of commercial proposals with support from the Solutions Design team.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… 🔍

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management.
  • Bring 3–5 years of managerial-level experience in sales, account management, or logistics.
  • Have experience managing pharmaceutical accounts (a big plus).
  • Are willing and able to perform field sales activities.
  • Possess excellent sales acumen, negotiation, and client management skills.
