Role Summary:
Drives operational excellence, leads key retail projects, and supports business growth through new revenue and strategic initiatives while building scalable processes and policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of major retail initiatives (e.g., digital rollouts, new services, system upgrades)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, or revenue streams in retail
- Build and maintain SOPs, policies, and process documentation for consistent execution
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support project and growth goals
- Monitor performance, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across retail
- Oversee daily operations of stores and agents; resolve issue and ensure service standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Business such as Management or any other related year courses)
- 3-5 years work experience (Preferably in Business Development, Sales and Marketing or same capacity)
- Experienced in Business Development, Project Management, Process design and stakeholder management
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
