Agents Relations Manager (Operations Manager)

Role Summary:

Drives operational excellence, leads key retail projects, and supports business growth through new revenue and strategic initiatives while building scalable processes and policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation of major retail initiatives (e.g., digital rollouts, new services, system upgrades)
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, or revenue streams in retail
  • Build and maintain SOPs, policies, and process documentation for consistent execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support project and growth goals
  • Monitor performance, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across retail
  • Oversee daily operations of stores and agents; resolve issue and ensure service standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Business such as Management or any other related year courses)
  • 3-5 years work experience (Preferably in Business Development, Sales and Marketing or same capacity)
  • Experienced in Business Development, Project Management, Process design and stakeholder management
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs
