Your Mission 🎯
Data Analytics & Insights
- Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Translate findings into concise insights and actionable recommendations.
- Build ad hoc and recurring reports to support leadership decision-making.
Dashboard Creation
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI/QuickSight.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes for operational KPIs.
Process Improvement
- Document and map existing workflows to spot inefficiencies.
- Develop policies and procedures that improve accuracy, turnaround time, and compliance.
System Enhancements
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to propose, test, and implement improvements.
- Define business requirements for new tools, features, and integrations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with operations teams to provide data analytics and insighting.
- Work with internal stakeholders on process and policy design.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Bring 2–3 years of experience in data analysis and process design.
