Your Mission 🎯
- Collaborate with business units and the Business Solutions Manager to design best-fit solutions aligned with company strategy and IT capabilities.
- Act as the primary bridge between IT and business teams — ensuring communication, service-level adherence, and smooth coordination.
- Participate in root cause analyses and recommend product or process enhancements.
- Translate business objectives into system specifications and detailed project documentation (BRDs).
- Ensure project success by monitoring progress, budgets, and alignment with requirements.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
- Have 2–3 years of related experience.
- Are skilled in problem-solving, systems thinking, and data/process modeling.
- Bring strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Are experienced in business operations, applications/systems development, or process design.
- Have a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset and thrive as a self-starter.
