Summary
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager aiming to seek continuous improvement based on future market trends, industry’s best practices and business outlook.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to optimize operational processes.
- Collaborate with PMI and Operations teams to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain Master Operating Plan or Operational Blueprint by updating SOPs and working instructions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct regular GEMBA Walks and training sessions to educate teams on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to address operational challenges.
- Monitor progress of continuous improvement projects and report key outcomes to leadership.
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging engagement in change management activities.
- Benchmark internal processes against industry standards to ensure alignment with best practices.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- 3–5 years’ experience in continuous or process improvement, preferably in logistics.
- Proven track record in leading process improvement projects.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.
