Data Analyst

Job Summary

• End to end perspective of logistics operations performance by driving through KPIs and Health Metrics that form part of the business’ OKRs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and performance across the Business Unit.
• Period benchmarking vs other market players service and technology, identify gaps and opportunities aligned with the organization’s vision and direction

Duties and Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify performance trends.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Conduct deep dives into operational and commercial data to uncover root causes of performance issues.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates for the department.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team in dashboard creation that provide insights into key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Support managers in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Stay updated on the latest data analysis tools and methodologies to improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science,
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
