Your Mission 🎯
Safe & Reliable Transport
- Operate reefer trucks or vans to deliver perishable goods securely and on schedule.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes for timely arrivals.
- Communicate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding schedules or potential delays.
Temperature & Cargo Care
- Ensure refrigeration units are functioning before and during trips.
- Monitor and adjust temperature readings to protect product quality.
- Safely load and unload cargo, following handling procedures.
Vehicle Maintenance & Compliance
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections (brakes, tires, lights, refrigeration).
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting; report mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel usage, and inspection records in compliance with regulations.
- Adhere to all road safety rules, traffic laws, and company policies.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… 🔍
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have a valid professional driver’s license (codes A, B, C / 1, 2, 3).
- Bring 2+ years of experience driving reefer trucks or similar commercial vehicles.
- Are dependable, safety-conscious, and skilled at time management.
- Can perform basic vehicle maintenance and follow transport regulations.
