Your Mission 🎯
- Maintain a fully documented, audit-ready Safety Management System.
- Manage internal and external inspections, audits, and surveys, ensuring timely closure of findings.
- Monitor updates from ISM, MARINA, PCG, DOLE, and other authorities, and act promptly on changes.
- Issue clear directives and guidance based on new regulations or circulars.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance SMS compliance and effectiveness.
- Analyze safety-related data and share insights for annual management reviews.
- Build collaborative relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure smooth compliance.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… 🔍
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Maritime Studies or related).
- Have 3+ years of experience in maritime operations and safety management.
- Understand ISM regulations, DOLE, MARINA, and DOTr requirements.
- Are skilled in audits, project management, and regulatory research.
- Can balance compliance with practical operational realities.
