  • Review and validate manpower vendor billings against timekeeping data and contracts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of manpower rate cards.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Data Privacy Laws and internal policies.
  • Conduct audits and investigations to mitigate risks in manpower billing processes.
  • Lead reporting requirements and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Collaborate with Continuous Improvement teams on billing enhancements.
  • Maintain evergreen documentation for manpower billing processes.

  • Hold a degree in Accounting or Human Resources.
  • Have 3–5 years’ experience in manpower billing, payroll, or finance.
  • Are skilled in validating invoices, auditing records, and ensuring compliance.
  • Possess strong mathematical, analytical, and data entry skills.
  • Are detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized under tight timelines.
  • Are proficient in MS Excel (intermediate level or above).
