You’ll be the central point of accuracy for Inorganic (IO) manpower records — ensuring every data point from sourcing to offboarding is correct, up to date, and compliant. Your work will keep vendor billing seamless, payments timely, and processes aligned with regulations, directly impacting financial efficiency and operational trust.
What you’ll do (your mission) 🎯
- Collaborate with manpower providers, operations, and procurement to ensure compliant setup and updates of manpower requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates of manpower rate cards in the system.
- Validate and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records up to final billing summary approval.
- Ensure adherence to Data Privacy Laws and company policies.
- Conduct audits and investigations to identify risks and recommend controls.
- Lead reporting requirements and deliver insights to management.
- Partner with Continuous Improvement teams to identify and implement CI initiatives.
- Support audit engagements and maintain evergreen process documentation.
You’ll thrive in this role if you… 🔍
- Hold a degree in Accounting or Human Resources.
- Bring 3–5 years’ relevant experience in manpower data management, payroll, or finance.
- Have hands-on experience with manpower or payroll-related systems.
- Excel in attention to detail, compliance monitoring, and data accuracy.
- Are highly proficient in MS Excel (intermediate level or higher).
- Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
