As an On-site Reefer Representative, you’ll be the go-to support for our customers — providing technical assistance, handling minor repairs, and ensuring reefer units are ready for smooth operations. You’ll combine hands-on troubleshooting with excellent customer service, making sure every delivery, unloading, and loading runs efficiently and on time.
Your Mission 🎯
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Perform minor repairs and basic troubleshooting on reefer units.
- Ensure refrigeration systems function properly during operations.
Operational Support
- Assist with unloading deliveries and loading pick-ups.
- Provide onsite assistance to ensure operational efficiency.
Customer Support & Coordination
- Deliver excellent service while assisting customers with reefer-related concerns.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… 🔍
- Are a graduate of any bachelor’s degree program.
- Are willing to be trained and certified for NC2 Refrigeration & Airconditioning or Electrical Installation & Maintenance.
- Have 1–2 years of related work experience (preferably in the same industry).
- Possess good communication skills and basic computer literacy.
- Are hands-on, adaptable, and eager to learn technical skills.
