What you’ll do (your mission) 🎯
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
- Lead sourcing for manpower and outsourcing services.
- Manage bidding, evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Use market analysis to identify top service providers.
Vendor Performance & Relationship Management
- Build strong partnerships with agencies and service providers.
- Track vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Resolve issues and ensure consistent service delivery.
Cost & Contract Management
- Optimize cost structures and manage contract renewals and compliance.
- Drive savings without compromising service quality.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and outsourcing regulations.
- Partner with HR and Legal to mitigate supplier risks.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Align with HR, Operations, Finance, and Legal to support manpower planning.
- Continuously review and improve procurement processes.
You’ll thrive in this role if you… 🔍
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or HR.
- Have 5+ years’ procurement experience, including 2+ years in manpower or outsourcing.
- Are skilled in vendor negotiation, contract management, and sourcing.
- Understand labor laws, outsourcing compliance, and supplier risk.
- Excel at stakeholder management and problem-solving.
