Procurement Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

  • This is a process and support-oriented role. It aims to support the Procurement’s operations, monitors the day-to-day critical deliverables and contributes to the process improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitors the Procurement day-to-day deliverables (e.g., open PR/PO, ontime deliveries, etc.)
  • Prepares/manages Procurement report (e.g., open PR/PO, savings tracker, etc.)
  • Proposes and implements process improvement on the Procurement end-to-end process
  • Supports the Performance Manager on the policy development and implementation

Qualifications

  • Advance knowledge on the process improvement
  • Advance knowledge on the policy creation and implementation
  • MS excel proficient
