Your Mission 🎯

Fleet Vendor Training & Development

  • Build and update training materials based on fleet SOPs.
  • Conduct training and certify fleet partners.
  • Evaluate effectiveness and improve content.

Vendor Compliance & Auditing

  • Monitor and audit vendor compliance with standards.
  • Address training gaps from SLA reviews.
  • Keep manuals current with operational/regulatory updates.

Performance & Cost Optimization

  • Work with Procurement on vendor tenders and pricing.
  • Benchmark industry practices to boost performance and reduce cost.
  • Lead initiatives to minimize vendor-related issues.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Be the go-to contact for vendor training and fleet queries.
  • Coordinate across procurement, vendor management, and operations.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… 🔍

  • Hold a degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • Have 3+ years in vendor management for fleet/logistics.
  • Are strong in negotiation, vendor management, and performance tracking.
  • Know DOTr and LTFRB regulations (a plus).
  • Excel in analytics, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
