Your Mission 🎯
Operational Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring timely and efficient execution of daily activities.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped within cut-off times while meeting KPIs.
- Implement Good Warehousing Practices (GWP) and enforce company work and safety rules.
Process & System Improvement
- Design warehouse layout, product flow, and handling systems to maximize efficiency.
- Recommend and implement new equipment, technologies, and process changes.
- Develop cost-reduction initiatives across warehouse operations.
Financial & Performance Management
- Prepare annual budgets, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Review monthly P&L results, analyze trends, prepare reports, and execute action plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely customer billing while addressing potential revenue leakages.
Team & People Management
- Schedule, assign, and monitor employee performance to meet operational requirements.
- Motivate staff to achieve efficiency and service excellence.
- Promote professional growth through training and capability-building programs.
Asset, Equipment & Security Oversight
- Maintain warehouse equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure staff have safe and efficient tools to perform their functions.
- Safeguard assets and operations by enforcing strict security protocols.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… 🔍
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related technical course.
- 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems, transportation, and MHE (Material Handling Equipment) maintenance is a plus.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage P&L, drive process improvements, and lead diverse teams.
