2GO launched a ship refleeting program last year that introduced state-of-the-art vessels, increasing cargo capacity by 35 percent, improving passenger comfort, and expanding routes to Davao and General Santos City.

Sy family-led 2GO Group Inc. plans to launch new shipping routes, expand cold chain and ISO tank services, and introduce more logistics solutions to better connect businesses and communities across the country.
“We are building on the solid foundation we established in 2024 to achieve even greater success in 2025,” 2GO president and CEO Frederic C. DyBuncio said on Tuesday.
“With the support of our stakeholders and the dedication of our team, we are ready to tackle new challenges, seize opportunities, and continue delivering exceptional value to our customers and partners,” he added.
The company did not specify the areas or markets for its expansion, but it previously mentioned considering a “famous surfing spot in Mindanao” as a potential new destination.
Refleeting program
Last year, 2GO launched a ship refleeting program that introduced state-of-the-art vessels, increasing cargo capacity by 35 percent, improving passenger comfort and expanding routes to Davao and General Santos City.
The company also widened its retail network in the Visayas region, driving regional trade through tailored solutions such as less-than-container-load temperature-controlled shipments and reliable parcel services.
Likewise, 2GO is also looking to extend its partnership to more entities aside from IRONMAN Philippines, the Department of Tourism and Cebu Pacific to improve cargo scanning processes and boost support for tourism and community events.
Point-to-point transportation
2GO is the largest point-to-point transportation and logistics provider in the country with five business units: 2GO Sea Solutions, 2GO Special Containers and Value-Added Services, 2GO Express, 2GO Forwarding and 2GO Logistics.
It offers multimodal transportation, warehousing and inventory management, special containers, project logistics, and e-commerce logistics including last-mile deliveries, and express courier deliveries.
It also provides sea travel, and a wide range of peripheral logistics such as freight forwarding, import and export processing and customs broker.
