New Ticket Validity

Please be advised that effective May 7, 2025, all 2GO Travel tickets will only be valid on the departure date indicated on the ticket or, in the event of voyage delay or cancellation, the re-scheduled departure date.

Tickets not used and boarded on the specified date will be considered void and will no longer be accepted for travel.

If you need to reschedule your trip, please ensure your ticket is revalidated before the departure date at the original outlet where it was purchased or at any 2GO Corporate Store.
