Position Details

Summary

The role is responsible for resource management, ensuring manning aligns with task requirements, and maintaining optimal team performance. This includes monitoring team members’ work, evaluating their performance, and overseeing team utilization. The role involves addressing sensitive problems, resolving technical issues, managing conflicts, and serving as the Level 1 escalation point. Additionally, the position entails implementing the company-wide asset management policy and providing comprehensive support for business continuity related to asset management.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Asset Tagging Management 

  • Monitor and control asset tag inventory, issuance, and replenishment.
  • Maintain and update the Asset Tag Masterfile.
  • Oversee daily tagging activities across all locations nationwide.

Asset Health Monitoring Management

  • Ensure proper classification, labeling, and location of fixed assets and inventory for easy retrieval and efficient organization.
  • Monitor meaningful performance measures of assets to ensure optimal health.
  • Lead nationwide asset counts, covering both land-based and vessel-based operations.
  • Evaluate and analyze asset count variances for accurate disposition.

Asset Management Reporting

  • Assist in the creation, review, and updating of policies and procedures (2Ps) and training materials.
  • Cascade and obtain sign-offs for updated 2Ps.
  • Prepare and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations based on the team’s Corporate Asset Management Monthly Operations Report.

Service Administration

  • Supervise and guide the work and activities of Asset Management Analysts.
  • Identify key result areas and establish performance criteria for team members.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to subordinates for career and skill development.
  • Assist in preparing the team’s budget and monitor monthly expenditures.

Job Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering or Engineering Management graduate; or Business Administration preferably Financial Accounting and Reporting
  • Minimum of 3-year work related experience
  • Engineering Tools such as quality control; industrial engineering tools; problem solving; Knowledge in MS Office; knowledge in Project Management
