Business Development Manager

Position Details

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs with the goal of contributing to the overall Pharma and Healthcare operational and sales set up
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through client engagement activities, networking, cold calling, and tapping market trends in the Pharma and Healthcare sectors
Grow and maintain the customer master list by accounts acquisition, broadening the revenue base, expanding services delivered for existing customers with the goal of meeting / exceeding budget and key financials.
Set up meetings and business reviews with potential and existing clients to strategize on growth and meeting or exceeding the monthly, quarterly, and annual budget
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure internal and external coordination for projects, client issues resolution as well as onboarding of accounts closed.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results!
Implement organizational directions and action plans in line with identified strategies and programs.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role with direct involvement in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry (e.g. principals, distributors, supply chain set up and finance)
Bachelor’s Degree graduate

Proficiency in communication and issues resolution in a highly dynamic environment

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Hands-on experience with Pharma and Healthcare distribution systems is a plus

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Fast learner and passion for sales

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Aptitude in delivering presentations
