Position Details

Summary

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager aiming to seek continuous improvement based on future market trends, industry’s best practices and business outlook.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to optimize operational processes.
  • Collaborate with PMI and Operations teams to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Master Operating Plan or Operational Blueprint by updating SOPs and working instructions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular GEMBA Walks and training sessions to educate teams on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to address operational challenges.
  • Monitor progress of continuous improvement projects and report key outcomes to leadership.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging engagement in change management activities.
  • Benchmark internal processes against industry standards to ensure alignment with best practices.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
  • 3–5 years’ experience in continuous or process improvement, preferably in logistics.
  • Proven track record in leading process improvement projects.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
