Summary

End to end perspective of logistics operations performance by driving through KPIs and Health Metrics that form part of the business’ OKRs. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and performance across the Business Unit. Period benchmarking vs other market players service and technology, identify gaps and opportunities aligned with the organization’s vision and direction

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support in developing, tracking and driving Commercial performance metrics.
  • Develop a framework aiming to understand the Commercial landscape in terms of account distribution and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze commercial performance metrics, including revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with sales with the aim of developing methods to effectively secure information from Commercial required by Forecasting and Operation related to volume projection.
  • Track and report performance of key accounts, target vertical industries and overall commercial portfolio in identifying trends and growth opportunities.
  • Benchmark against market players to aid the pricing and product team in developing rate and service competitiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to address gaps in commercial performance.
  • Design and implement tools for tracking and forecasting commercial KPIs.
  • Prepare performance improvement recommendations for senior management to bridge gaps on topline target.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science,
  • 3+ years of experience in performance or commercial management, ideally in logistics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
