Position Details

Summary

The role is responsible with the end to end perspective of logistics operations performance by driving through KPIs and Health Metrics that form part of the business’ OKRs.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational performance metrics and develop improvement strategies with key stakeholders to meet organizational OKRs.
  • Conduct regular reviews with operations teams to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
  • Implement and monitor performance tracking systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce operational backlog, capacity challenges and improve network efficiency.
  • Benchmark operational processes against industry standards and key market players to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Design reports and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key operational KPIs.
  • Facilitate resolution of challenges impacting operational efficiencies through regular cadences.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science,
  • 3+ years of experience in performance management or operations improvement, preferably in logistics.
  • Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
