Position Details

Summary

This role drives the overall vendor performance that focuses on SLA compliance across EXP Operational sites for Fleet and Manpower. Strategy formulation with Procurement for Tender process together with define stakeholders involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with manpower vendors to ensure operational alignment.
  • Conduct training and briefing sessions with Authorized representative, Lead Trainer and Coordinator from the Service Partners.
  • Spearhead the communication of expectations and protocols align with the business direction and operational process.
  • Monitor manpower deployment schedules to optimize resource utilization in close coordination in Operation.
  • Maintain detailed records of manpower vendor contracts and ensure timely renewals.
  • Facilitate resolution of disputes or discrepancies related to manpower performance.
  • Lead reviews and cadences with internal teams to address manpower gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Secure alignment and direct from Forecasting and Operation Team to understand capacity required based on projected volumes across sites.
  • Benchmark labor pricing models ensure competitive costing and compliance with labor laws.
  • Support audits with the necessary documentation and information.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration
• 3+ years’ experience in Vendor Management for Manpower in Logistics Industry is a plus.
• An equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Demonstrated ability to handle workforce planning and allocation.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
